Shiwar News – Sunday, 11 October 2026: A two-year-old Baloch girl named Arzoo Bamari died in Iranshahr after sustaining severe injuries to her head and body.
According to reports received, the child suffered serious physical injuries on the evening of Thursday, 8 October 2026, following an alleged beating attributed to her father. She was subsequently taken to Khatam al-Anbiya Hospital in Iranshahr, where she fell into a coma and died in the early hours of Friday, 9 October.
The child was identified as Arzoo Bamari, aged two, a resident of Iranshahr.
According to published information, Arzoo was brought home unconscious on Thursday evening. Her mother then took her to Khatam al-Anbiya Hospital. Despite receiving medical treatment and being admitted to hospital, the child remained in a coma due to the severity of her injuries and died several hours later.
According to informed sources, the child had sustained serious injuries to her head, face and abdomen. Initial medical assessments, as reported by these sources, suggested that the injuries to her head and body contributed to the deterioration of her condition and subsequent death.
According to a report by Haalvsh, the child's father initially claimed that Arzoo had struck the dashboard of a vehicle and that her injuries resulted from this incident. However, sources reported that he was arrested on Sunday, 11 October, in connection with his daughter's death.
